GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS

All UNCLOUDY pieces are made one by one in a traditional way from our workshop in Madrid. When you order one of our pieces, it is done exclusively for you. That is the reason why delivery times are adapted to each order. To make your piece it takes a period of THREE WEEKS for it to be ready to be sent. If you cannot wait for the indicated time period, ask INFO@UNCLOUDY.ES in case we can speed up your order.

SHIPPING

When your piece is ready, we will send it by courier with a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days from the moment it was sent depending on the destination. For international shipments the time period will depend on the designated country. Custom fees and taxes will be paid by the buyer and UNCLOUDY is not responsible for delays in the delivery that customs may cause.

RETURNS

The artisan nature and pre-order reservation of each piece mean that UNCLOUDY does not accept returns. Each order is carefully reviewed specifically to meet strict quality levels and is shipped in packaging that helps protect the piece, so you should receive it in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please write us within 3 days so that we can do everything possible to resolve any concerns you may have.

PRICES

All the products that are included in the website contain VAT and other taxes that may correspond. These prices do not include the shipping costs of the products, which will be detailed separately and must be accepted by the customer. The prices that appear on this website may be modified at the discretion of UNCLOUDY without prior notice. In shipments that custom expenses need to be paid, these will be covered in full by the customer.

BASIC CARE

With each order we will send you a card in how to take care of your piece. Furthermore, before making your purchase, please consult our specific section so that you can keep your piece in good order. Do not hesitate to write us if you have any questions about the care of your jewel.

 

You can send your pieces for any repair or maintenance (such as gold plated, cleaning or polishing...) they may need. In the above case the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Contact us via email to give us all the information and to know the possible costs and arrangements.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the contents (including the design, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs and any elements that appear on the WEBSITE), unless expressly indicated otherwise, are the exclusive property of UNCLOUDY
